Gamepad addon for Ogre.
First version of the code is ready:
- detection of gamepad plugged / unplugged
- all buttons & axis accessible
- events on gamepads and on each axis and button
- precise axis + delta of motion
- precise axis + delta of motion
- separated thread for data retrieval
